I've spent the last 20+ years working in education, tech, media, utilities, research, and enterprise transformation. My experience across industries has taught me to spot patterns, connect dots, and find solutions in unexpected places. I love building things that don't exist yet and I'm usually the person asking, "What if we did this differently?" As a neurodivergent thinker, I get right to the point, challenge unnecessary complexity, and dream of a world with no corporate jargon and a lot more clear, human communication and connection. Originally from the Midwest and now happily rooted in Northern California, I bring Midwestern work ethic and West Coast curiosity to everything I do. The most important work I'm doing now is raising two boys who keep me curious, confused, and laughing every day.
